Cold-Pressed coconut oil

 Our product is naturally produced from indigenous knowledge in Surat Thani Province, the Southern part of Thailand.

‘Suan Lung Song’ is a learning center of cold-pressed coconut oil production and also a local wisdom ecotourism. It is situated at Bang Bai Mai district, Surat Thani where there is the best ripe coconut or ‘Maprow Kang’ in Thapee River as saltwater meets freshwater in this area. Therefore, the ripe coconut has a pleasing smell and a specific taste. Suan Lung Song is the best source of production which is renowned and makes great income for local people. With the recipe of production passed on from generation to generation, the process has been well developed to reach the high quality and national standard. Besides, it is supported by Community Development Department to be an OTOP product.
The first step  to produce our natural product is to scrape the ripe coconut and squeeze its coconut milk. After that, the water was split and frozen. Last, it is strained by Carbonyl Oxide under vacuum system so as to eliminate bacteria as much as possible. The most important raw material is ripe coconut which has the best quality of its meat and water. After production processes, it brings about pure coconut oil with smooth texture. Most importantly, the product can maintain its value and its naturally pleasing smell for 1 year without chemical.
